At Grandma's Sweet Cupboard, we want you to be delighted with every purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

We take great care in packaging and delivering our sweet treats to ensure they arrive fresh and in perfect condition. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll happily provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of food products that have been opened or consumed. All sales are final once the product has been used.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at grandmassweetcupboard@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We'll respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Missing Items

If items are missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send the missing items or issue a refund for those items.
